Find a Member of the IPC

Members of the IPC must follow a Code of Practice and offer 2nd stage appeals. If you can't find who you are looking for, try the BPA if an operator isn't a member of a Trade Association, we recommend you don't share personal details with them.

We are a Trade Association, not a regulatory body. This means that whilst we will address concerns raised about our members’ working practices that are not in compliance with our Code of Practice, we will not deal with complaints about individual parking charge notices. If you have a concern, appeal or complaint concerning a parking charge please contact the IAS.

If you believe a member has not followed the Code you can report this to the IPC via the online portal (link). If you wish to appeal, you must do this first to the operator, then to the IAS (link) The IPC can’t intervene in individual cases. If you are having technical issues please email contact@theipc.info
