Appeals

Pink Poppy Flowers

If you wish to appeal a parking charge, you must do this first to the operator; if still not satisfied, you can escalate your case to an independent adjudicator. You can not appeal to the IAS until your appeal has been rejected by the operator.

The process of how to appeal to an operator will be on the parking charge notice.
