If you wish to appeal a parking charge, you must do this first to the operator; if still not satisfied, you can escalate your case to an independent adjudicator. You can not appeal to the IAS until your appeal has been rejected by the operator.

If you wish to complain about a member of the IPC, this must be done via the portal. In order to lodge a complaint, you must make it to the member first, before it can be escalated.
