Appeal

If you wish to appeal a parking charge, you must do this first to the operator; if still not satisfied, you can escalate your case to an independent adjudicator. You can not appeal to the IAS until your appeal has been rejected by the operator.

Complain

If you wish to complain about a member of the IPC, this must be done via the portal. In order to lodge a complaint, you must make it to the member first, before it can be escalated. If you are not satisfied with their response, you can raise it with the IPC. Complaints via email or post will not be accepted. To complain via the portal, please click here.
