    Position

    We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives on creativity and innovation, delivering tailored, out-of-the-box solutions to meet client needs.


    You should be an ambitious, self-driven professional with a proven history of success in B2B client-facing roles. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think on your feet will enable you to navigate and resolve client challenges with ease and efficiency.


    As an integral part of the Account Management Team, you will play a critical role in advancing business development efforts. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, driving the Group’s success during an exciting phase of growth and expansion.


    Responsibilities and Duties

    · Retention: formulate and execute effective plans to protect and defend key accounts

    · Growth: drive continued sales, improvement, innovation, profitability and growth

    · Competition: evaluate our wallet share and ensure it is maximised

    · Client champion: proactively support our client’s social value initiatives

    · Collaboration: partner with your sales colleagues to identify new opportunities

    · Visibility: conduct client presentations, site visits and attend offices on a regular basis

    · Contract management: build and develop internal relationships in tech, service delivery and customer service to ensure client expectations are managed within agreed SLA’s and issues communicated in a timely manner

    Salary: £31,000 per annum (Year 1: estimated uncapped bonus on performance £3k)

    Hours: 40 per week; Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

    Location: Lancing with hybrid flexibilities after probation period

    The In-Car Payments Engineering team at Parkopedia is responsible for delivering cutting-edge, in-car commerce solutions that allow drivers to pay for fueling, EV charging, and parking directly from their vehicles. We’re looking for a passionate and pragmatic senior software engineer to join our cross-functional team.


    This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cloud-based transaction systems, including payment card processing infrastructure, in a team that values collaboration, security, and reliability. You’ll work closely with third-party service providers, ensure compliance with PCI DSS, and help build secure abstractions over APIs that interface with our clients.


    Responsibilities

    - Maintain and expand our serverless card payment infrastructure built with TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).

    - Ensure continued PCI DSS compliance. Work with others to fix bugs, implement minimal new features, trace errors, and ensure security patches are applied in production and pre-production environments.

    - Support a clean and well-documented strategy for all dependent services and infrastructure.

    - Collaborate in daily scrum ceremonies, working closely with engineering, security, and third-party vendors.

    - Apply TDD/BDD methodologies, maintaining high code quality and resilience.


    Requirements

    - Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js. Frontend familiarity is helpful (e.g. React).

    - Proficiency with AWS services in a serverless context, especially CloudFront, API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB and CloudWatch.

    - Commercial experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, SST, CDK or CloudFormation.

    - Strong understanding of API development, RESTful design, and secure authentication.

    - Demonstrated knowledge of API security and OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.

    - Experience with Docker, Linux, Git, and container-based environments.

    - Hands-on development experience with PCI DSS, payment systems, or other regulated environments is essential

    - Excellent communicator with a self-starter attitude and comfort working autonomously.

    - Demonstrable expertise and understanding of API development/design and experience interfacing with disparate systems.

    - Applicable understanding of software security, common exploits and secure development practices, including the OWASP Top 10.

    - Proven and demonstrable understanding of testing methodologies and frameworks.

    - Commercial experience with AWS and IaC (Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation)

    - Commercial experience with Linux, Docker, Docker Compose, Git and DynamoDB.

    The Role


    We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team covering the Manchester area in the UK. You’ll provide first-line customer support, servicing, and repairing ticketing equipment, as well as assisting with installations and managing stock.


    Shift Pattern: Delivering on site support covering 05:30 - 23:30 - 12 hour shifts - 4 days on/4 days off


    How to make an impact

    -Perform on-site maintenance and repairs on ticketing equipment.

    - Diagnose and resolve basic software issues using PC tools.

    - Ensure a first-time fix approach and deliver excellent customer service.

    - Maintain clear communication and escalate major issues as needed.

    - Keep accurate records and manage service calls via the call management system.

    - Handle and maintain company stock and spare parts.

    - Follow Health & Safety regulations.

    Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.


    Your background

    - NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in an electrical field.

    - Experience in electro-mechanical engineering, ideally in vending, transport, or similar industries.

    - Full UK driving license.

    - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

    - Excellent customer service and communication skills.

    - Ability to stay calm under pressure.
